I am migrating data from Foemulas to Access I am not exporting as all my data doesn't show up accss Access. I do need to include the formulas from Excel so the fields will compute the formula and present the answer back to me. I'd prefer to see all the calculated answers in a report. The excel formula microsoft access 2013 formulas free based on rows. How can I get Access to perform the same function in a report? I am assuming in Access it will be by fields and not rows.
Instead of P3 and Q3 the field names are Navigated to easting and Navigated to northing. I am trying to calculate the difference.

Not certain I understand where they would go and what closures I would need. When I did it, the calculations in the field I wanted just disappeared.
